This project transforms a semi-rural barn structure containing a disused indoor swimming pool into a high-specification, self-contained single holiday property.

Situated in the picturesque hamlet of Little Hayfield on the edge of the Peak District, the location demands an architectural finish that honours the local countryside stone aesthetic while offering a luxurious, high-end guest experience.

By combining structural engineering with complete trade execution, the objective is to eliminate subterranean damp issues, maximise open-plan spatial flow, and convert a costly indoor facility into an income-generating asset.
